Rumors: ALOHADANCE and RodjER set to join Winstrike

Ilya "ALOHADANCE" Korobkin and Vladimir "RodjER" Nikogosyan are engaged in negotiations with Winstrike Team. It has been reported by an esports website cybersport.ru, which obtained the information via its own source.


According to Cybersport, in the new team ALOHADANCE will play on Position 4, while RodjER is set to settle on Position 5. Also, the journalists provided some insights about a midlaner that Winstrike are interested in. They did not reveal his name but said that this player is inexperienced in terms of playing on the professional scene.

Winstrike Team disbanded its previous roster in Dota 2 on October 16. After that, the Russian organization signed the ex-coach of Virtus.pro, Arsenij "ArsZeeqq" Usov, who agreed to assemble its next team from scratch. As a result, three players found themselves on the bench: Ilya "Lil" Ilyuk, Zaur "Cooman" Shakhmurzaev, and Alexander "Nofear" Churochkin.

ALOHADANCE’s previous squad was HellRaisers, where he had been playing for a bit more than a month before getting benched. The decision to bench him was made days before DOTA Summit 11. RodjER, on the other hand, has been in search for a new home since the end of September. Vladimir lost his job as he left VP after a year and a half of cooperation. Representing the tag, he managed to win six tournaments, two of which were Dota Pro Circuit majors: The Bucharest Major, The Kuala Lumpur Major.

The rumored lineup of Winstrike in Dota 2:

In addition to RodjER and ALOHADANCE, Winstrike had plans to sign Nikita "Daxak" Kuzmin and Vasily "AfterLife" Shishkin. This information was shared by the manager of HR, Dmitry "Korb3n" Belov. However, the representatives of the Russian club are yet to make a comment on the rumors that are surrounding its Dota 2 division.
