Unicorns of Love vs Royal Never Give Up
This time UOL decided to surprise RNG with a jungle Rumble, but Morgana appeared in response. Nomanz underestimates the opponent and gives away FB for Cryin. At the 5th minute, a fight ensues near the mid lane, in which the RNGs are exchanged 2 to 1. By the end of the 9th minute, a fight ensues on the bot: AHaHaCiK is caught out of position, followed by SaNTaS dying, but in the mid lane there is an exchange for Sylas. At 12 minutes, UOL manages to make an ace on the bottom lane. This is the first serious RNG mistake in the entire tournament. Despite this, the Chinese farmed and moved better, which led to an increased gold advantage. Royal Never Give Up took the second dragon and were able to kill two more UOL champions. At minute 21, they go to the early Baron Nashor and take him, but they lose 4 champions and a lot of resources. UOL could not return to the game, even after such a fight: after 2 minutes RNGs make 4 frags and open the opponents' base. At the 27th minute, the Chinese make an ace and end the game in their favor.
In the second match against RNG, Nomanz decided to play on his crown Orianna. Royal Never Give Up was answered by Calista on ADC. Wei spills first blood on Mid by taking Orianna. AHaHaCiK responds by killing Xiaohu, but after 2 minutes RNGs make 2 more kills. The Chinese continued to dominate the entire map, moving competently and making murders. On the 15th minute, RNG took 4 towers and the advantage in gold reached 7 thousand, and after another 2 minutes, Royal Never Give Up took the third dragon for themselves. RNGs take the game in their favor in 19 minutes.

The Australians surprised UOL with Ahri's pick for mid, and the guys from the CIS responded with Urgot for the top. AHaHaCiK makes a successful gang to the top, earning FB, but BOSS is mistaken and dies from the tower. The next skirmish occurs only at 11 minutes. Unicorns successfully trade 2 in 1 and take most of the lower tower. By the 15th minute, UOL is taken by 2 towers, but the 2nd dragon is given to PGG. The key moment becomes a fight at the 20th minute: SaNTaS finds a good angle and gives control to Ahri, taking her, as well as 2 more PGG champions. This allows the unicorns to take the ocean dragon and Baron Nashor. After 3 minutes, the UOLs win another fight and end the map in their favor.
Pentanet.GG decided to repeat the success of their second game against UOL and again picked Samira and Zed to mid. UOL responded with Lee Sin and Vladimir. On the 7th minute the Australians gathered together to kill the support and they did it. As a bonus, they took the dragon. The next skirmish took place at the 11th minute: PGGs successfully exchanged 2 for 1 and again kill the dragon. The key moment is the fight at the 18th minute: Pentanet.GG make an ace and finally consolidate their advantage on the map. PGG again make an ace at 25 minutes and take the soul of the ocean dragon, and a minute later they strengthen themselves, killing Baron Nashor. The Australians win in 27 minutes.

Royal Never Give Up vs Pentanet.GG
PGG decided to surprise the Chinese with Qiyana's pick for mid and Urgot for top. RNG cleverly pushed the opponent's ADC out of the lane on the 3rd minute, but at the same time they lost their mid lane, giving up FB. At the end of 6 minutes, a 5v5 fight takes place on the bot, from which Royal Never Give Up emerges as the winners. Despite a good start for PGG, RNG quickly returned to the game and began to gain an advantage: by the 12th minute it had reached 5,000. The key point is the fight at 15 minutes. RNGs are exchanged 3 for 1 and take the infernal dragon. Royal Never Give Up continued to develop their advantage, but lost the battle for Baron Nashor on 23 minutes. PGG were able to win back 7 thousand advantages, but RNGs finish the match in 31 minutes.
In the last match of Group A, PGG decided to pick Vayne for the ADC position. At the 5th minute, a batch unfolds on the bot. RNGs emerge as the winners: they take the FB and exchange 4 v 2. Pentanet.GG defended well, responding to every action of Royal Never Give Up. By the 15th minute, Xiaohu had made 6 kills out of 7 and topped the list of players in total value. RNGs take the third dragon for themselves and make an ace at the 18th minute. The Chinese take the last card for themselves and end the group stage without losing a single card.
Tiebreakers: Pentanet.GG vs Unicrons of Love
After the end of all the games of the main round in Group A, a situation developed in which the teams from the CIS and Australia had the same statistics: 2-6. It took UOL and PGG a replay to determine who would take second place and advance to the next stage.
The unicorns decided to surprise everyone with the pick of Kha'Zix, but PGG were ready for this and answered with Lee Sin in the mid and Karthus in the jungle. AHaHaCiK successfully ganged Jayce on the top and earned FB for BOSS. A minute later, Lodik unprofitably exchanges on the bot, killing Nautilus, but at the same time gives up all the summoner spells and dies at the hands of Prardyth. At the same time, Pabu goes to the top with a gang and helps pick up BOSS. Despite this, UOL continued to build up the advantage, but made a key mistake in the 10th minute: PGG kill Lodik on a bot that was left alone, and SaNTaS, who came later, for some reason tried to kill Nautilus, seeing 3 champions. As a result, UOL is given 2 champions and initiative on the map. Further, the map developed only according to the scenario of the Australians: unicorns began to make more and more mistakes, for which PGG punished them. Pentanet.GG traded as a plus for themselves, and on 20 minutes, having made minus 3, they took Baron Nashor. LCO Triumphants win in 27 minutes.
Group A Final Results
Based on Group A results, Unicorns of Love finished their performance at MSI 2021, ranking 7th-9th. Royal Never Give Up and Pentanet.GG are going to the Rumble Stage, where they will fight for a ticket to the semifinals with the best teams from other groups.
