Invictus Gaming have seized the first place at the Minor event of DOTA Summit 11. They earned $72,000, a spot at MDL Chengdu Major 2019, and 140 DPC points while taking the lead in the current season’s standings of Dota Pro Circuit.

iG lost only two out of the thirteen games that they played during the whole tournament. It’s worth noting that both their losses were handed by teams from CIS: jfshfh178 and HellRaisers. In the last match, the Chinese faced off against Chaos Esports Club, who they had previously beaten in the upper-bracket final. At the end, they got another convincing victory, closing out the series at 3-0.

Eventually, Invictus rounded off the list of participants for the upcoming Major in Chengdu. It will be taking place on November 16-24, offering $1,000,000 of prize money and 15000 DPC points. Beside them, at this tournament China will be represented by three more squads: ViCi Gaming, Team Asters, and EHOME.

DOTA Summit 11 was organized by a Los Angeles based company, Beyond The Summit, and it was the first Minor in the ongoing season of Dota Pro Circuit. The competition in LA saw eight lineups battling it out for a $300,000 prize pool, 660 DPC points, and a slot at the aforementioned Major in China.
